There will be two extra grading preparation classes, open to all potential candidates, on Wed 11th & Wed 18th Nov, 8pm to 10pm at Kawartha Martial Arts Academy. There is no charge for these classes, but you must pre-register with your instructor.

The Ontario Provincial Course & Competition takes place 7th and 8th November 2009, at Carleton University, Ottawa.

The new Peterborough YMCA session begins Monday 14th January .
